Recipe: Anti-Inflammatory Blast Juice

Feeling swollen, lethargic, brain fog, thinking it may be from the trick or treating binge?? INGREDIENTS: 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 Golden Beet (can use red) 1/2 Sm pumpkin 1/4 Cup Purple cabbage 1 Green Apple 4 Carrots 5 Celery Stalk One Lemon Chunk of Ginger Throw it in the juicer and enjoy!!! This is a great blaster that is most beneficial done 5-7 times a week.
